Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your IceCast account and data at any time. Deleting is free and cannot be undone.

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

1. Open IceCast and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and data are deleted right away.

Option 2: By email (if you no longer have the app)

Email hello@icecast.appfrom the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my IceCast account". Include your username if you have one. We'll confirm and delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your IceCast account and sign-in
• Your email address, name, and username
• All ice reports you submitted
• Your rank, report count, and leaderboard entries
• Your verified reporter requests and issue reports

What we keep

Nothing tied to your account. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel any active subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings. Deleting your account does not cancel it automatically.
